SHELROCK provides digital tools and managed workflows for India-origin product discovery, buyer sourcing requirements, trade intelligence, supplier capability review and related commercial coordination.
SHELROCK is not a public marketplace where every supplier is automatically listed, and website content does not by itself create a contract for the sale, purchase, shipment or delivery of goods.
No guarantee of supplier, buyer, price or order
Submitting a buyer requirement does not commit the buyer to purchase. Applying as an exporter or supplier does not guarantee approval, public listing, buyer introduction or an order. Commercial outcomes depend on product fit, specification, price, quantity, capacity, verification, compliance, timing and buyer/supplier decisions.
Indicative prices, calculations, timelines or sourcing suggestions are not binding unless they are expressly confirmed in a separate commercial agreement by the responsible parties.
Buyer responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate requirements and reviewing the final product specification, quotation, Incoterm, payment terms, destination requirements, customs treatment, taxes, licences, labelling, testing and other obligations relevant to the transaction.
Where SHELROCK helps coordinate information or execution, that support does not replace the buyer's responsibility to approve the final commercial and regulatory basis before committing to an order.
Supplier and exporter submissions
Suppliers and exporters must provide accurate information about their identity, commercial role, products, source of supply, capacity, certifications, testing, licences and other capability claims. SHELROCK may request supporting evidence and may decline, pause or remove a capability that cannot be verified or is not commercially suitable.
Submitting product information gives SHELROCK permission to use the supplied business and product information internally for capability review and, where appropriate, to present approved product information in buyer-facing sourcing activity.
Trade intelligence, calculators and SHELROCK AI
Trade intelligence, calculators and AI-assisted responses are provided to help users understand and structure commercial decisions. They may simplify complex topics and may not reflect every product-specific, legal, customs, tax, regulatory or logistics requirement.
Users should verify important decisions against current official sources and relevant professional advice where necessary. AI output should not be treated as a binding quotation, legal opinion, customs ruling or compliance approval.
Accounts, security and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Do not attempt to access another user's workspace, interfere with the website, submit malicious code, misuse forms, scrape protected information or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
SHELROCK may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform or ongoing commercial workflows.
Third-party services, availability and liability
Sourcing and trade activity can involve independent suppliers, carriers, customs agents, laboratories, payment providers and other third parties. Their services and performance are subject to their own terms and responsibilities.
We aim to keep SHELROCK useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SHELROCK is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on unconfirmed website content or third-party performance.
