Is the Free plan really free?

Yes. Create your account, list up to 5 products and be considered for UK buyer requirements without paying anything.

How do I pay?

100% in advance by bank transfer (NEFT / IMPS / RTGS) or UPI to Shim International Import Export Co. (SIIECO). Write your Order ID in the payment remark, then upload the payment screenshot showing the UTR in your dashboard. We verify it, usually within 24 working hours.

Will I get a GST invoice?

Yes. Prices are plus 18% GST. SIIECO emails your GST invoice after your payment is verified. GST-registered businesses can usually claim it as input tax credit.

What is the difference between Pro Seller and UK-Ready?

Pro Seller is about your presence: Shelrock builds and optimises your profile and products for UK buyers. UK-Ready is about readiness: we audit, fix and prepare your business for the UK market (compliance, pricing, documents, Incoterms), verify you, and run the trade with you.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes, any time from your dashboard. If you move from UK Starter to Pro Seller or UK-Ready within 30 days, the ₹4,999 is adjusted in the new price.

What happens after 12 months?

We remind you before your plan ends. Renew to keep your badge, priority and extra products. If you don't, you move to the Free plan and your first 5 products stay live. Nothing is deleted.

Is Shelrock a directory or a consultancy?

Neither. Shelrock is a B2B trade platform and execution layer for India–UK trade. We verify suppliers, match them to real UK buyer requirements and run the trade, from quality and documents to shipment.

Does a plan guarantee UK orders?
